• Lead preparation of tender contracts, completing all reporting in time and accurately including WHS, budgeting and maintenance.
• Ensure all facilities meet all regulations including environmental, health and security standards.
• Provide quality and hands-on oversight to projects ensuring successful outcomes of associated works.
• Plan, organise, lead and control budgets and budge forecasting, business planning and contract management.
